The house was well taken care of and all routine maintenance was done. David has wonderful contacts throughout many different industries, so if we ever needed to get something repaired or maintained it was done with great quality and at a very reasonable cost.
When the time came to sell the home David was the first person we called. He quickly conducted a market assessment for us and got the house on the market. The house was under contract in less than 2 months! David once again was a great resource and over saw all aspects of the sale for us. Negotiations, inspection, and closing were uneventful. My husband and I will contact David when we move back to Denver, both for rental housing and as a realtor.
