Interviewed for possible property management. He had come recommended. Seems like a solid guy and excells at his work although we found someone else who ultimately thought could manage the property better.

This is a great company! My husband and I relocated for our jobs from Denver to Pittsburgh in 2010. David made the transition from homeowner to landlord very easy and explained everything to us. He thoroughly check and verified that each tenant would be a great fit and responsible. We never had an issue, tenants where happy (had the same two for all three years!) and the check came on time each month. The house was well taken care of and all routine maintenance was done. David has wonderful contacts throughout many different industries, so if we ever needed to get something repaired or maintained it was done with great quality and at a very reasonable cost. When the time came to sell the home David was the first person we called. He quickly conducted a market assessment for us and got the house on the market. The house was under contract in less than 2 months! David once again was a great resource and over saw all aspects of the sale for us. Negotiations, inspection, and closing were uneventful. My husband and I will contact David when we move back to Denver, both for rental housing and as a realtor.
