I was very, very pleased.
I think they did real good. There was a problem and they took care of it. I told them my husband did not like something and they said "okay, whatever you want." They came out and did manufacture one part of it and fixed it. There was one thing that was not hanging right so I called them up, they came out, took it down and fixed it. Certainly I give them customer service A-plus, plus. I really liked the convenience of them coming out to do what they did. They were very professional and it did not bother me to have their people in my house.
It was a mess. I got the vertical blinds three months after I ordered it. One of them was not a good material. The first three of the four went somewhere else and finally came back to the warehouse before it came back to me. I had to do all the follow ups. I was not happy at all.
The price was not bad, it was cheaper than some and more expensive than others. But I was only after a certain product line.
For the delivery, I will give them an “F” but for coming out I will give them an “A”.
