I received an original estimate of $2650 which was to be for painting an empty house including the ceilings. But he could not do the job before I had to move in. So I got a revised estimate which excluded the ceilings but included a laundry room and having to move furniture around. The painter did an amazing job. I had many colors picked out, changed my mind about colors after some walls were painted and most of the colors required two coats of paint. The painter was thoroughly accommodating and was truly professional. I was amazed at how well and precise he was using rollers and brushes but not needing to mask off anything. He obviously had many years of experience with no splattering or dripping any where, very clean edges and thorough coverage. It took him 6 days, he showed up when he said he would and was very pleasant to work with.
