+ -1 moreClassic bad contractor story. Don Davidson, owner of the business, was having financial problems. He tried very hard to perform quality work, but couldn't afford to pay his subs. He used our payments to pay for past debts, and some of the subcontractors on our job didn't get paid. One sub, the concrete company, has put a lien on our house. We took Mr. Davidson to court and won. Have not been able to collect on judgment. We are out about $6,000 and had to finish the job ourselves. The court case is public record if you're interested.
Description of Work: Added a 500 sq ft room to the back of our house. Contracted subcontractors, including excavation, concrete foundation, framing, dry wall, roofing.
