CUSTOM DESIGN FLOORING INC

It was a pleasure to have Custom Design Flooring install the new tile in our bathroom.   The owner, Dan, had given me a very competitive estimate on installing both tile in the bath and hardwood in much of the rest of the house a while back.  I took a long time trying to find wood I liked and could afford, but never did. In April he checked back with me to see how my plans were going. In May I finally decided to do just the bathroom.  He honored the original estimate, which included a senior discount, and worked me into his very busy schedule.
Dan arrived right on time, figured out a good way to match the height of the new tile with the current tile in the hallway, and carefully laid out the tile pattern, being careful not to have a skinny strip next to the tub.  While he was working, I determined that instead of replacing the old toilet that I needed to buy a new one which would take some extra time.  So he agreed to come back the next morning to grout the tile and put the toilet in.
We are very pleased with the way the floor looks and the cost of the installation.  Dan was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating.  If we decide to get hardwood or tile flooring in other parts of our house in the future, I will certainly have Dan do the job.  I will also recommend him to family and friends who need flooring work.

THE OWNER WAS NICE, BUT SEEMED VERY OVER EXTENDED AND WAS RUNNING FROM JOB TO JOB. THE WORKERS WERE OK, BUT VERY MESSY. LEFT TRASH, DUST, SCRAPS, ETC., EVERYWHERE. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE CLEAN UP SUPPLIES FOR THE FIRST 2 DAYS. THE JOB RAN LONG AND THEY HAD TO COME BACK TWICE TO FIX PROBLEMS. OUR KITCHEN AND FRONT DOOR STILL DO NOT CLOSE PROPERLY.
