Todd came out and gave an estimate and then came back another time to measure and confirm. He was punctual and professional. The installers had some scheduling issues and were 4 hours late. Unfortunately, the blackout blind that I ordered is packaged from the manufacturer in a way that smashes the edges. Creative Interiors replaced the blind with no issues, but the second one was only slightly better.

A friend of mine solicted a donation to our school auction, and I bid on a generous coupon donated by Paul. He came to our house, discussed our needs and measured our windows. We have a modern home with atypical windows, so we were glad that he understood exactly how we wanted the drapes to fit. He located extra rings to match our existing pole and rings. Paul had a good sense of color and is knowledgeble about drapes. The curtains took longer than estimated to make. When they were installed they were exactly what we wanted.

Everything went as promised and advertised. I am looking forward to the arrival of our second set of shades.

The estimate was done by Todd Who was very friendly and helpful with lots of suggestions and tips and alternative ideas. The mini blinds I ordered were promised by a certain date and were ready early. Scheduling for installation was done by Adrienne in the office and she was very pleasant and friendly to talk to on the phone. Everyone arrived for appointments at the prompt time they promised. Great service.

Paul Berger came to my house and recommended options for window treatments. He spent a lot of time, had great ideas and was very friendly. He did all the measuring. The shades were installed several weeks later by very competent workmen. The price was very reasonable.

It only took one phone call to setup the appointment. The owner himself was our sales rep for the company. All work was completed on time. Very friendly employees.
