Kent was great! He was very professional. His team was clean and thorough. I left before work in the morning and came back not even realizing they were there! He replaced a little over half of our roof, matching our shingles perfectly, and then even came back to do some additional flashing work. I would highly recommend Craftech!

I wish more service providers were more like Kent.  He was professional, communicated well and did what he said he'd do.
Craftech replaced my father's roof in June of 1991.  My father recently put his house up for sale and the inspector said the roof was shot and gave a bid of $16,500 to completely replace it. 
Since the roof was only 22 years old and it had a 30 year warranty I called Kent.  Kent remembered my father, remembered that he had inspected the roof right after my mother passed away and asked how my father was doing.  A fine man indeed!
Kent came out the next day and gave me a bid of $1095 to replace the hip and ridge shingles only (which were beginning to crack) and certify it for 5 years. 
He did the work the following week as promised so my father can close on schedule.
I would hire Kent again in a heartbeat!

Craftech replaced my roof last year after a hailstorm. This year they replaced 6 skylights. They have also done repairs for me in the past so I was familiar with them and their reliability. Kent the owner is always there and answers the phone when you call. He is fair honest, punctual and goes the extra mile to make the job complete. For example they came back in the spring to clean out the gutters and check for any cracked tile after the winter and replaced some that were cracked. They are a small company and don't overwhelm you with a heard of workers when they are at your home. I could not be more pleased with their work.

Owner originally bid on replacement of my roof and was the lowest bid.  It took some time for me to get several bids and there was never any pressure.  The work was done in an efficient and professional manner.

Kent, the owner, has always been very nice to me. He does certain tasks that he doesn't need to do but he always goes above and beyond. He is also reasonable as far as cost but I have never used anyone else because I always use their service.
