Cool Sunshine Heating and AC was able to meet with me within 24 hours. Since we did not have heat in Feb., this was much appreciated. Joy evaluated the existing system, the layout of the house, inquired about cool and warm areas of the house before making a recommendation. The recommendation made sense based on our needs and I made the decision to buy. Within 24 hours, the new furnace was running, the new thermostat was programmed and the AC was in place but not charged (Temperature has to be over 70 degrees to charge the AC). Perry and two crew members pulled the permit and completed the installation very timely. I am extremely happy with the timeliness, expertise and successful completion of the job. On a warm day, they came back and charged the AC. Communication was great, the price was reasonable and I am a satisfied customer.

Sunshine did a very good job. I was visited by Casey. He was professional, courteous and answered all my questions. When visited by Xcel Energy, the tech noticed a gas leak and shut off the gas connection to the dryer. Casey's gauge did not notice the leak, however. We discussed the pros and cons of replacing the gas connector as a precaution (my wife and I noticed a very faint [and sporadic] gas smell on and off over the past few months). He did the replacement and also looked at the venting system to make sure it was okay. I would be comfortable with him working on any plumbing issues in the future. Sunshine also called me after the job to make sure I was satisfied.

Bill Frewe the owner completed the work. Quite intensive and took two days. Everything with the heating and cooling plant was updated, repaired and improved to the best operating condition ever.
 We had been using another Angie's list preferred HVAC company, only to find out they did not even compare to Sunshine for thoroughness, safety and efficiency.
