If I could rate this company less than one star, I would. We booked an appointment to have our swamp cooler opened for the season. They booked it out several weeks because they were busy mid season. Then DAY OF, they called to cancel the appointment stating that they could not do the maintenance on a wood shake roof. They then lied and said that they had told us the prior year when they performed our maintenance that they would not be able to do it this year. This was completely untrue- we were NOT informed last year. They scheduled the appointment and we have been bearing the hot weather for several weeks with anticipation of relief today. Now we have to find another company and wait to get on their schedule. They are completely unreliable and put our family of 5 in an awful position. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Went with controlling systems as they had the most professional and comprehensive bid at a price that was fair. They took advantage of all Denver and State rebates and were able to start quickly. The team was quick and professional and our install manager Roman did a great job keeping us informed throughout the process and walking us through our system once it was set up. Overall a great experience.
