Santiago's concrete guys did a great job with our new sidewalks, garage apron replacement and colored-stamped back patio. Due to his other skills, he was also able to take care of the rotten siding issue while pouring the back patio.

Great customer service, great installation. New garage floor coating and cabinet installation / work bench area w/ slatt wall for shovels, etc. Garage looks very similar to the house now and is super organized. I am pleased with it and my wifeâ s happy too!

We are very happy with our new garage floor! During the install we noticed water coming down the wall from an upper level in our garage, which could have put a stop to the work. Instead, he helped us trouble shoot what may be going on - even went in to our crawl space to check out the leak. He really went above and beyond the scope of work. Communication was easy and frequent which we appreciated!

Fast and friendly. Seem to be running a good business and listened well to what I wanted. They poured a somewhat tricky slab up against an irregular rock retaining wall. Because we knew it would be less than a minimum load they found a side project for the rest of the concrete at no extra charge. Pleased with the quality of the work.

The other part of this company is Garage Experts of the Foothills , find another company epoxy your garage floor , they left me with a disaster ! Wrong color , which was revised to a horrible result , and now they wont fix it ! I have 3 flooring experts who all say it has to be revised. This is a custom home with an empty garage floor , we hadnt even moved in yet . How do you screw that up ?

"We are very fortunate to have more satisfied customers and unfortunately one unsatisfied customer and this is due to a very difficult customer to communicate with. Customer demanded to get job done on his dates regardless he had construction and traffic going on and even rejected our suggestion to doit when he had finished all his construction work. We granted him warranty after his people messed up with our finished product and have pictures and videos of messed up product. We fixed the floor the first time regardless there is no records or prof of wrong color been applied. We are backed up by the corporation on our proceeds on this projec."

Santiago was very knowledgeable about what was involved in resealing my stamped concrete walkways. He suggested adding a tint to the compound to bring the color back, and it turned out beautifully! He and his worker were extremely polite and professional during the entire project. I will definitely be using his company again.
