Erik and his team were fantastic. Super communicative, flexible in scheduling, and his crew that worked on our project were very professional. Can't recommend them enough!!

Asked them to prevent further spalling of front walk. They coated the walk with Tuff-Track. A couple of years later it was flaking and they came out and re-covered it. Now, a year later, it is flaking again but they refuse to do anything about it. It's been only 3 years since the first coating. I will not hire them again

Absolutely amazing!! We had Concrete Dr come out to do our garage in our new home before moving in. It had made such a big difference in our garage we absolutely love it! Erik and his staff were very easy to work with, highly recommend!

The project went great. Ron was called in by another contractor at our property to consult on the project. The initial contractor was going about the job incorrectly. Ron pointed that out to them and provided the contractor with a quotation to complete the project. The original contractor gave explicit instructions for Concrete Doctor not to contact us. When we fired our original contractor and called Concrete Doctor to provide us with a quote and time line to complete the project. Concrete Doctor's quote was very competitive and Ron and his crew (who were excellent) came in and completed the job in a very timely and professional manner. We would highly recommend them for any concrete or flooring project.

Working with Concrete Doctor was a pleasure. From my fist meeting with Ron when he quoted the job to the final walk through with the crew, I was pleasantly surprised with the company's professionalism. Even though the job site was located in a rural location, everyone was on time each day. The work was completed on schedule. The crew worked to make sure they dot it done on time. I received many quotes for this project, and although Concrete Doctor wasn't the least expensive, I chose them to complete to job and I'm glad I did.

5 days of work. Grinding down old concrete floor to remove old carpet adhesive, high spots, etc. Then applying epoxy mix to floor, and then vinyl chips added. Finally, a top coat of epoxy to protect the floor. Overall, 5 days of work. Kept dust to a minimum. We originally were thinking about staining the concrete, but was not possible due to all the cracks and all the adhesive. Epoxy floor should last 25-50 years, with no maintenance at all. They were on time, professional and did nice work. They did get some concrete spray into our porch which was difficult to remove but eventually came off.

This company is very busy and has a backed up schedule so I had to wait several weeks to get the work done, but when they arrived they were efficient and thorough and came back to do touch ups. They are not inexpensive but reasonable value for the quality of work that was done.

It went really well and looks great. Great workers!

My driveway, front porch and patio all needed some TLC to prevent further deterioration.Ron came out and gave me as estimate, telling me what they would do and how. He put me on the waiting list since I couldn't decide what color I wanted on the patio. As soon as I decided I was put on the active list and they came and did the work within two weeks. Andy and Andrew did the actual work of power washing all the cement, putting a sealer on the driveway to protect the original concrete, as well as caulking all the cracks in the driveway and patio and leveling out a low spot in the front porch. They then sealed the front porch and patio with a colored sealant. It took them a few days as some stuff had to dry before they could put the finish coat on. Both these young men were very polite, efficient and professional, telling me what they were going to do and when. They were very quiet and got the work done as quickly as they could. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing concrete repair and I will use them again if/when I need this type of work done.

Hello, On March 23, 2015 I was awarded a settlement in Jefferson County Colorado’s Small Claims Court against the Concrete Doctor, Corp. located in Lakewood, Colorado.  This is a business that provides commercial and residential concrete services.

 

The following facts represent my personal perspective and experience in contracting with the company (Concrete Doctor of Lakewood, CO) to repair my driveway in July 2014.

 

On July 10, 2014 the Concrete Doctor Corp., Lakewood, Colorado sealed with caulking my home’s driveway, sidewalk and porch.  Most importantly 2 mismatched colored caulking were used and the caulking failed.  The manufacture informed the Concrete Doctor that they had problems with those caulking materials.  Yet the Concrete Doctor continued to use them.  The grey colored caulking is bubbling and cracking.  The brown colored caulking is cracking. The Concrete Doctor did not offer to correct the problems until a court summons was issued in January of 2015.   I would like potential customers to research this company very well before signing a contract to perform services.  Is this of interest to you?  Thanks, George Brown

The main issue I wanted to repair was the inside garage wall.  They did a fantastic job of this.  In fact, here was a smaller area along an adjacent wall that also needed repair but was not in the original quote.  They repaired it anyway at no extra cost.  The front walk had a broken and heaved slab, which was a trip hazard.  They quoted to grind that down.  It is still a bump after the repair, but I didn't quite understand that repairing a trip hazard doesn't mean completely making the heave and creak disappear: it means grinding it down to the point it is no longer a hazard.  Also the quote didn't mention that one of the bigger cracks in the patio might still be visible through the resurfacing, but the workers saw that and brought it to my attention before proceeding.  I said give it your best shot, which they did.  While one crack is still somewhat visible, it's not too bad and overall I'm good with it.  

They were on time, honest, held to their quote, and worked with me on parts I had missed or misunderstood.  I would definitely hire them again.

Ron, Chris and the rest of the team are excellent at what they do and completely stand by their work. Our garage floor was a disaster because the house used to be a model home and the garage was used as a sales office. The concrete had just about every problem concrete can have. There were a few spots where you could still see the damage under the vinyl flake and Ron had his team come out to touch it up the next day. Not only that, they actually did a couple of extra pieces of work at no charge. I will definitely use them again for any concrete services and recommend them to my friends.
