They are super great! I send all of my friends to them. They can always squeeze us in, even in an emergency. They will call to check on our pets after they’ve been in. They always send reminders for vaccines and check-ups. They also send newsletters that are very informative and helpful.

I really like them. They are open 24 hours and they are also besides just being a standard vet, they have emergency. They are very thorough. They go into great detail when you have a visit and cover all areas. They also do follow ups. They are kind of pricy.

They are very friendly and nice. They are great with my dog. I couldn't ask for a better place! They always call back with the results and give you a follow up plan. They even called just to check up on him.

My dog is getting chemo at CSU in Fort Collins. Community Pet Hospital does the blood work for me every other week and faxes the results to CSU. Pretty routine stuff, but here is what I want to say about Community Pet Hospital. I have been taking my pets there for 25 years. I don't see the same vet every time. Maybe that is an option, but I have never asked because all of them are great. They tried everything with my last dog and when I finally had to put her  to sleep, the vet sat with me and cried too. When they diagnosed my current dog with lymphoma, Dr Smith said he doesn't do chemo at their office. CSU is only 50 miles away and they can get the drugs cheaper because they are a teaching hospital, so I should take my dog there. Dr Smith also knew right away it was lymphoma. He said normally blood work and other tests are done so they can confirm the diagnosis, but CSU would want to do their own tests anyway so I shouldn't waste money having Community Pet Hospital run the tests - I should just go to CSU. He also told me the prognosis and what they could do if I decided not to go to CSU and/or do the chemo. Their main location is open 24/7 in case of emergencies so I never worry about where I should go if something would happen at night or on Sunday. I have always had good experiences at Community Pet Hospital and highly recommend them. (One thing - I actually don't know how their prices compare because I have been going to them for so long.)

I emailed Community Pet Hospital at 10:30 at night and I got an email back within 15 minutes. They told me to bring him in then if I felt the need or if not, bring him in in the morning. They seemed on top of things and concerned. They ended up keeping him overnight because he needed an IV to rehydrate. I took him 9:00 one morning and I picked him up at 8:00 the next morning. He was just like it never happened. I felt like the care was really good. It just seemed like a routine for them, to operate at that level. I was not a patient there. I was not an established patient there when this happened. I am now. They just took me off the streets. They went above and beyond, trying to figure out what was wrong, because we didn't know. I don't have anything to compare the price to. It was the first time this stuff has been done and it's my first dog. I just don't know. I haven't checked around and I don't really have any way of knowing.

I saw Dr. Adams and thought she was assume.  She ran the annual boood work on both dogs, checked for more "senior" issues, identify arthritis issues and fouced on my Aktias "issues"  she asked all kinds of questions, and even took him outside to see how he reacted to things.  He has two very bad knees and admitted that surgery may not help (which was great because every other vet wanted to operate).  She suggested my Akita to lose a little weight to be as lean as possible since he hs bad knees, recommended a exercise program and modification on bbehavorial issues

We took in our sick kitten .They were rude an abrubt ,they handled our sick kitty like she was a bag of potatoes no compassion at all! the male nurse was exceptionally rough with our sick 3 month old kitten ! we went away not knowing what was wrong with our cat and they gave her meds and a shot and did not explain why! it was a really awful experience !
I also brought my dog in for a hurt neck ,not great then either ! I wish there was some other emergency vet where they actually love animals!

My 13 1/2 year old cat was having trouble keeping food down and had been losing weight rapidly. She was extremely ill and Dr. Chris gave me several options. He also made it quite clear that the best we could do was hope that one of the treatment options would work--no guarantees, some very expensive. He also included euthanasia as a option and did his best to ensure I would not feel guilty choosing that option. I finally decided on euthanasia and Dr. Chris then told me that he thought I had chosen the right option in this instance. There was never any pressure to chose one option over another and they took the time that evening to ensure I was comfortable with the choice and had time to say goodbye. Later, Dr. Chris sent me a very nice hand-written condolence note. This is an awesome group of people who care about you and your pets.

As always they were very attentive to my dog and answered my questions completely. My dog is overweight so Dr. Pete also gave me some options to help her lose weight. He did a very thorough exam to ensure she was not having problems yet do to the excessive weight. The office staff is always helpful and friendly and their hours fit my work schedule better than anyone else.

We first starting going to Community Pet Hospital in 1980 when they were located at 112th and Washington. 31 years later we are stilling coming to them for our pet care needs. There sense of caring and professionalism is top notch. They might cost a little bit more than other Vet clinics but it does cost lots of money to keep your equipment up-to-date and state of art. I would not hesitate one bit in referring anyone to Community Pet Hospital for their animal care.

We moved to Westminster in February 2010. At the time we had a 8 year chocolate Labrador Retreiver, Spree. We brought him to CPH for a regular check up, as our neighbor recommended the clinic. Several months later, Spree got really sick. I brought him into the clinic. They took him immediately, administered pain meds and started trying to diagose his issues. After several hours and tireless effort, we agreed that it would be best to put him down. It was an agonizing decision, but we couldn't afford to keep going. Most likely Spree had a tumor or his stomach had twisted. X-rays were no use since his chest was extremely deep. Needless to say it was a very sad and emotional time. During the entire time, everyone at CPH was so helpful and extremely compassionate. They even waited for my husband to get there before putting Spree down. After it was all done, they gave us a clay disc with his name and paw imprint. Now we have a memory box with this disc, some pictures and Spree's collar and tags that they saved for us. When we got our Labradoodle puppy, Yaz, we knew where we would be taking him! CPH! They have been AWESOME! From his first visit for his 14 week shots to an emergency where he ate a dead mouse, they always give us our options in clear and concise terms. The staff is very sweet and always remembers us. I also appreciate that they give you a dog ID card that you can keep in your wallet with the current vaccinations and clinic information. Great for the groomers, for training classes, etc. I just found out that they offer grooming at the Riverdale location so we are headed there tomorrow!

I have been taking my animals to them for 15 years. They are very professional and quite knowledgeable. They were very informative and explained what could be done in detail. They provided her with care and showed compassion and concern. Their staff is nice and friendly. I think their prices are reasonable and I like that they have late hours available.

I just moved to the area, and my dog was running low on his seizure medication. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. They treated my dog like he was an old friend, and were sensitive to my concerns about his seizures. The facilities were clean, state-of-the-art and well-kept. I'm very pleased with my experience. I also was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to wait long to actually start the exam.
