I want to thank Jeff at Colorado Trusted Home Buyers for helping me through a truly difficult time in my life. I was in failing health and I was facing foreclosure because I was behind multiple payments on my mortgage, and the mortgage company was threatening to take my house. I needed a solution as soon as possible because I didn’t want a foreclosure on my credit and background records. After talking to them about my options, I decided it was best to let them handle a short sale for me. It was a very good and informed conversation. They made an offer on my house and they got the bank to accept the short sale quickly. Also, they did a very good job of keeping me informed throughout the whole process when I had questions to see where things were at. I didn’t feel rushed or ill-prepared, and I found a new home. I really appreciate all the help that Colorado Trusted Home Buyers provided, they saved the day for me and my family. I recommend doing business with them for anyone needs to sell a property quickly.
