When these guys came early in the morning they started working immediately. We had some communication problems in the beginning because of a language barrier. I have never seen people work so long and so hard EVER. They took 15 minutes or so and ate a sandwich. No breaks. They roofed our house, garage, and garden shed in ONE day. They hauled their trash off and we were just very impressed. I don't have anything bad to say about these workers. However, last week we were notified that they had found an error in their pricing and we still owed them a little over $200. We checked it out ... they were right and we paid it. It's all good.

Excellent company!!  As an absentee landlord, I hired Colorado Roofing Specialists to replace a storm-damaged roof on a single family home and repair a 6 ft privacy fence.  From the beginning to the end, Randy Howard and his company performed as promised, or better.  They were prompt, professional, and committed to customer satisfaction.  They worked within my insurance claim amount, installed a great looking roof, meticulously cleaned up the worksite, and communicated with me very well.  Their office staff is well informed and very responsive.

An example of this company's dedication to excellence:  a couple months after the replacement, I was in the process of selling the property.  My buyer was an absolute nit-picker, and took exception with scuff marks on a couple of the shingles.  Even though 2 other inspectors stated that they were normal marks due to  installation on a hot day, and that the roof was in perfect functional condition, Randy told me that he would do whatever was necessary to make it right, and he did.  He dispatched his quality control team, replaced the offending shingles, and double-checked the work himself.  His dedication probably saved the sale of the property.

I hope to move back to Colorado someday soon.  When I do, Colorado Roofing Specialists will be my roofer again.
