"Colorado Quality Painters did a super job in painting the exterior of our house! They submitted the lowest price bid. But I decided on Colorado Quality Painters, not because they were the cheapest, but based on the strong recommendation of a friend. A third bidder firmly warned me that it was impossible for them to do the work for the amount they bid. So I watched them like a hawk. To my surprise they liked having me watch them, they even took the time to show me their technique for applying paint to the siding and then their different technique in applying paint to the trim. They did not do a rush job but did not dawdle either! Their work was definitely beyond my expectations! They painted my concrete below the siding (not in the contract) and they applied an additional coat of paint to the south siding of the house that has the most direct exposure to the sun (also not in the contract). The paint was applied where it was supposed to go. There was no over spraying onto other surfaces like adjoining brick surfaces unlike I have experienced with other contractors in the past. They cleaned up the area completely after the project was completed also unlike what I experienced with some other contractors in the past. The lead painter had 17 years of experience. He and his crew definitely demonstrated a professional pride in their workmanship. They were friendly and very courteous I have had numerous contractors paint my several homes over my many years of home ownership and I can't remember a painting contractor doing a better job! I definitely would recommend Colorado Quality Painters to anyone. "
