Ruben and his team do excellent work. We have had them do our lawncare as well as sprinkler work. They are professional, timely, and perform top notch work.

I called to complain about the work and the receptionist hung up on me. I called a second time and she didn't pick it up for a long time, hoping I'd hang up. This is the most useless, horrible customer service ever. I hope they go out of business.

Ruben will come when he knows the snow has stopped, so that he doesn't have to come again and charge you a second time.  He came at 9pm for the last storm, because the snow didn't stop until about 8pm. He let me know what time the snow should stop falling, and he was out here shortly after that.  I feel that he charges very fair prices. He is very nice and polite.  On top of that, he does a really good job. This is the second year that we've used his services.

Though they got the work done, they were reckless and destructive. They did not mark sprinklers before starting work, increasing the chance of a problem. When moving their equipment into my back yard, they had to cross over a deck. Rather than protecting the deck from the aerating machine, they allowed the machine to dig chunks out of my deck! Between three and five planks of my deck were damaged. I called to complain and they said they would send someone out the next day at a specific time. Nobody came. I called again and we set up another time. Nobody came. I called a third time and made it clear that I was not happy and they made another appointment. This time they arrive, but an hour late. They made an appointment to repair the deck, and... nobody came. I have no plans to call again. I will just repair the deck myself. There may also have been some damage to some concrete in my yard, but I do not know whether the aerating machines are capable of that sort of damage.
