I loved working with Jennifer and Seth. I had not dealt with refinishing hardwood floor before and really didn't know what I wanted or needed. Jennifer was very responsive, patient, and coordinated my request with an on-site visit with Seth, who would do the finishing work. They answered all my questions and provided expert input and recommendations. The bid was fair and detailed so I could pick and choose what I really wanted and they absolutely kept their promises by doing what they said they would do. Seth's work was amazing. While appropriately managing my expectations, he explained all the issues and contingencies, and them blew me away. I thought the floor was trashed and now it looks brand new. Where he installed new hardwood and feathered it into the existing, you would think it had been there all along. They were both professional and personable and are now my and quot;go toand quot; partners the next time I need flooring.
