COLORADO CUSTOM SPAS

Would give zero stars to this company if I could. I bought a $15,000 spa - Dimension One - from Colorado Custom Spas. FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS! It has been a nightmare from the very beginning. If it would work for one week it would shut off and have error messages for the next two. It has a five year warranty on it, as it should given the price...and they are refusing to stand behind that warranty saying my maintenance guys didn't use proper chemicals. So if you want to be stuck with a spa that cost as much as a car and you want them to do the right thing and fix it then by all means use this company. They basically told me I was on my own, refuse to help with anything. They won't service it, repair it or stand behind the product. Worst experience of my life. The pictures are of the hot tub as of tonight...I have spent thousands of dollars trying to fix it on my own. They are shameful.

We searched many places to find a hot tub and did our homework. We decided to purchase one from here because they had quality hot tubs at fair prices. The two salesmen we worked with were helpful. And they've also been helpful since we have received the hot tub. A solid company delivering a solid product.

We purchased our hot tub in 2003.  I had to go to Denver from the Western Slope of Colorado to make the purchase which included seeing the available tubs and choosing what we wanted for our tub.  We stayed with a basic style. I was happy with the presentation of our choices.  The delivery time was set up and it arrived as stated.  In the first 2 months we had a problem with water heater and Colorado Custom Spas delivered and installed a new on within a week without charge.  We have not had a problem with our spa in the last 11 years.  I did replace the cover with one from another company and it deteriorated in half the time of the one from Colorado Custom Spas.  I am currently waiting for a new one to arrive from Colorado Custom Spas. Their original cover lasted about 7 years while the second one we purchased elsewhere lasted barely 4 years.
It was inconvenient to have to travel to Denver for the original purchase, but it has been worth it over the years and we have been happily soaking in our tub ever since.
