I signed up with Colorado Cleaning Company through bidmycleaning.com. They cleaned three times and each time missed fundamentals such as bathroom mirrors, front of cabinets, window sills, kitchen sink bottom, etc. All vacuuming was done around easily moved items with no attempt to vacuum edges. Mike was polite when I called and the things I called about each week were better the next week, but nowhere near the the value for the $116/week cost for a small home.

"As we do appreciate all the business we do receive, our work with this customer was contracted via a 3rd party online cleaning company which we were contracted to do the job the way they requested the work to be performed. Everything the 3rd party company listed on their contract was completed with in the time frame they permitted. We tried to settle and renegotiate with both the 3rd party and this customer directly. Neither party responded to our attempts. Our hands were tied. Since we have ended our business relationship with the 3rd party company, as we would like to work directly on our own terms with our clients. We would like to take this opportunity to extend another apology to [member name removed] and offer again an attempt to rectify our working relationship and let her know the 3rd party company never paid Colorado Cleaning Company."
