College Pro

We originally got multiple quotes and for the work we wanted completed we felt College Pro could do the job. The Service Rep came out and met with us a couple of times to give us the estimate and provide us the quote and then to review the contract. She went over the details and asked what things were important to us - I told her communication was VERY important. We are flexible, IF we know what is going on.
Scheduling was a bit of an issue. As our project fell in the fall, College Pro uses mostly students, so the work was a little sporadic. Never quite knew when they were going to be there. The project took longer than anticipated. The over all quality is pretty good. We were satisfied with it. There are some details I would have liked a little cleaner, but it was acceptable. What wasn't acceptable was that all of our windows were painted shut. We have a Victorian, so the windows are all wood. Supposedly they cut them all open - but my husband and I had to complete it just to get our storm windows back on. I think they only actually got one or two windows open.
We now have a warranty claim - the paint on one side of the house is bubbling. I called the 800 number - they said our local rep would get with us in the next two weeks. On the last day of that two weeks the rep finally came by to look at it. I haven't heard back from her. It has been almost two weeks. Going to have to call again. I was told it would be taken care of this season. I don't think I should have to wait, I think warranty work should be high on the schedule.
In addition to all of this, there is paint on my patio furniture, on my new door hardware and while painting the front door they got paint on my hardwood floors.
So - overall - the job was completed and looks pretty good. They have some really good painters (They were the full time people) but I probably wouldn't use them on a project this large again. If you do use them - stay on top of them.

College Pro's prices were higher with other competitors. So I did not go with them.

They are very professional and finished the project the same day. The outcome is great!

He was very professional and on time. He was a great personality. He was not pushy, which is a very good sales technique.

They did an excellent job and I will use them again in the future. I am going to use them again to paint my deck.
