College Pro Painters illegally puts their advertising signs up in our parks.

They were really nice guys. They did a great job. Although it was summer time with the doors open, they never came in or asked for anything. They stayed on task and worked really hard--no buyers remorse with these guys.

We will never use them again. We found them at the Colorado Home And Garden Show at the convention center. We spent $1700 on that service. They told us that they were going to do pressure washing, but according to them the grout would not have sustained the pressure. They were sloppy and they used materials of ours without our permission. They scattered materials of ours around and did not put them back when they were done. The only thing was that they were punctual.

It didn't turn out very well. He was a nice person but it was too tight of a squeeze for them to do a good job. They were professional at getting the business but they were not professional at actually painting. They started the job and we let them go. The price was fair.

He has 15% deposit down. He was friendly, and little unprofessional. High pressured. He has called several times to follow up.

We chose College Pro because of the price. I would have liked our representative to respond to my calls more quickly, to confirm estimate and painting appointments. After power washing the house, they left paint chips and dirt on the front walk, which I found pretty annoying. I notified the manager and he apologized. They also had to come back to our house to repaint a window sill that they had missed, and I just noticed that they didn't paint a corner of one step, because vines were on it at the time. I wish they had moved the vines and stained the corner. The actual paint job in general, though, was quite good and they had the best price of a few estimates we received. If we were putting our house on the market, I might be willing to pay the extra money to get a first class job done. But for a more minor job, it was a good choice.

I opted not to go with the company as I did not feel they had the years of experience as the chosen company. As the name states, the company is a team of college students painting homes. Also, the price was very expensive. The man who gave me the bid was a true go getter as he stated why his company was the best. He was very thorough on his quote and giving explanation. He did a follow up call to ask if I made a choice. When I responded by choosing another company, he was flabbergasted that his price was more than his competitors.
