Home Inspection
I used Trudy Lovell. She didn't follow through on what she was supposed to do. I am paying her to do this, not me paying her to motivate her. A week after we refreshed it the house sold. She told us there were dangers in refreshing too much. I would not recommend her for a nice quick sale.

OUR REAL ESTATE AGENT DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF TAKING CARE OF THE INSPECTION AND MAKING SURE THAT THE OWNERS OF THE HOME REPAIRED ALL THINGS NOTED IN THE INSPECTION.
