We have used Sean as our buyers broker on several occasions. Sean is ALWAYS very responsive and proactive. He kept on top of the details of each transaction (purchase of a short sale and forclosure), and this proved invaluable as the entire process was as painless as prior conventional purchases. One of the properties needed a major rehab, Sean was on top of getting contractors engaged for estimates, so we could determine an offer price. After closing the contractors he referred performed flawlessly.
