Clearly in Pane

Received an estimate for the work and accepted the estimate a week later.  He made an appointment with me and showed up promptly for the appointment.  I was given multiple options and clear descriptions and chose the most complete option which was inside and outside window cleaning and cleaning of all of the window tracts.  He was very thorough, did an excellent job, and took his time to do things right.  He even apologized for taking long, but I thought he was diligent and took the time to do it right.  No streaks, and an excellent job.

It had been over a year since I'd cleaned the windows in my two story home, and several of the windows were too high for me to reach, thus had not been cleaned since I bought the house 4 years ago.
I'd recently met Robert, owner of Clearly in Pane, doing another job in the neighborhood, and asked for his card.  Subsequently I talked with the homeowner where he'd performed the services who indicated she was quite happy with the work.
When I called Robert for an estimate he and his coworker came to the house within just a few days.  We agreed on a price for the job, and they were able in this case to do the job that day.
I found Clearly in Pane to be accommodating to my needs, highly conscientious and very detail oriented in their work.  All windows were cleaned beyond my expectations - and, I might add, much better than I've ever been able to get them.  In addition I found them a pleasure to work with!
I will definitely hire them again when I need someone to do this work.
