Stan is very nice, but I think he took on more than he can handle. He fell off his ladder TWICE. Once that caused him to spill his dirty pail of water onto my white carpet (I found him on his hands and knees scrubbing the carpet - it left a stain). Another time when he fell off, the ladder scraped up my brown wall (he told me that he touched it up with paint from my garage). When he moved a heavy dresser, he broke a large chunk off one of the legs. He did not clean the window sills as he went along. That meant that he went back at the end to do these, but he had had to move furniture in order to get close to and to open the windows, so he couldn't get to many of them. It didn't make sense not to clean each window sill as he finished that window. His job was like a comedy of errors...

Stan arrived promptly and started working as we talked. He certainly knew what he was doing. I left him alone in the house when I went to work and he called me 5 hours later to say he was finished. When I got home, I was amazed at the quality of work and the fact that he could handle our large, heavy storm windows. We hope to have him come back every year to clean them all again.

Used own supplies. Was very careful of drapes and furniture. Very neat and did not leave water on sills.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THEY CAME OUT ON TIME AND HAD ALL SUPPLIES TO DO THE JOB. THEY DID THE WINDOWS AND LEFT NO STANDING WATER ON THE SILLS. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DO ANY DAMAGE WITH THE LADDER THEY USED. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED.
