We have been more than satisfied with clean cut.  We use them at our house as well as our rental house.
Contacting them in the busy season can be tough.
Overall,  we are happy and we will continue to use their service.

They did fine.  I have had them for number of years.  I can always reach them and they call me back if I have a question or something so they are responsive in that way.  They respond to customers.  Since its been dry here  and maybe because of my own lawn I need to ask them to do other things in addition as some of the areas are brown and it is not because of them.

The work was fine, but I made the EXPENSIVE mistake of not getting Fred's quote in writing.  He quoted $175 which sounded too good to be true.  I confirmed the quote twice verbally since I wanted to make sure I heard it correctly.  He assured me it was ONE HUNDRED seventy five dollars.  After the work was done, he sent me a bill for THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS!  I about choked (him).  I called him up and he rambled on ad nauseum about how many people he had to have and how long they had to work.  I didn't care.  He gave a quote and then MORE THAN DOUBLED IT!  I did pay it since I did NOT have a written quote and I wanted him to just shut up.  (I rarely use that phrase.)   ALSO - his crew mows a neighbors lawn by a friend of mine.  My friends have to make sure their dog is locked up when Clean Cut  is there because the crew taunts and tease the dog.  Fred talks a good game, but BEWARE of him and his crews. 

We just bought our home last fall and I needed to find a landscaper/yard care service to perform some spring services including aeration, fertilization, raking, yard clean-up and irrigation tune-up. I also wanted to meet with someone to discuss some other misc work I wanted done as well as future landscaping to the front and back of my property. I was not yet a member of Angie's List and I called Clean Cut after receiving a flyer on my door. They sent me a menu sheet via email which I filled out and returned. This is when I started to feel annoyed with their service. I assumed after sending in the sheet with the services I wanted performed they would contact me to set up a time to meet. Instead they just showed up the first time and performed the aeration, fertilization and raking. I thought it was odd that a company would have a new customer and fail to meet with them. I then emailed them asking if when they came out the next time if someone could meet with me. I received a reply asking if I could meet with Paul on Monday between 9 and 11 to which I said yes. On Monday I waited until 11:30 and no one had yet shown up so I left. Later I saw that they had came by and performed the spring yard clean-up. I emailed them back letting them know that Paul never met with me. Four days later I received and email apologizing that he never met me and informing me that he would be able to come by any of the next three days to which I replied Saturday would be best. We agreed on Saturday at noon. Saturday came and went with no appearance by Paul or any contact letting me know he wouldn't make it. As far as the services performed they did seem adequate. The spring lawn care seems to have worked well as my lawn looks like it is coming along nicely. They did a good job with the spring clean-up with exception of failing to take away some small branches I had in the backyard. Obviously my chief complaint is the unprofessionalism and unresponsiveness of Clean Cut Inc. The failure to keep an appointment two different times is completely unacceptable and even more so with no contact to apologize or attempt to reschedule.

UPDATE...
I did receive a call after sending an email to Clean Cut complaining about these issues.  The owner apologized and told me that this is not how he conducts business.  His excuse was that he was very busy and behind because of the weather and working 80 hour weeks.

The office manager is very polite and responsive.  She answers email and phone calls.  Last year I didn't sign up until late Spring and she sent someone to our house immediately that day to start the service and reduced the annual fee I was paying.  The price might seem high but worth every penny to me.

They do aeration, fertilization and lawn mowing. The experience with them has been average.

They are very responsive. They are a female-owned local business. They show up when they say they will. They are quick and efficient. They are very professional.

VERY NICE BOYS - YOUNGER. VERY POLITE AND TRIED HARD TO PLEASE. I NOTICED THAT THEY TRIED VERY HARD TO PULL THE WEEDS FROM THEIR ROOTS AND NOT JUST AT THE SURFACE.
