Nathan has been working on our portfolio of houses in the Boulder area for the past 6 months or so, from complex projects that require permits to smaller fixes and preventive work. The jobs have been in vacant and occupied homes, he's able to work around the constraints of units that have tenants and have been respectful in all aspects.
