Furniture Cleaning
MR. COUNCIL WAS POLITE TO ME ON THE PHONE. HOWEVER, HE MADE APPOINTMENTS TO RETURN AND FINISH THE JOB, WHICH HE CLEARLY DID NOT INTEND TO KEEP. WHEN MY HUSBAND OFFERED HIM THE OPTIONS OF COMING OVER AND CLEANING THE CHAIRS, RETURNING OUR MONEY, OR GETTING A BAD LISTING ON ANGIE'S LIST, HE HUNG UP ON HIM.
