It's "A" work because it's on time. They picked it up and rearranged the furniture. The carpets came back and they look great. The men put them where they belonged. They're very courteous and very prompt. It's all the stuff you need for somebody to do what you need.

Chase Carpet Care did a great job! Communication through their website (email) and via phone was excellent - we received prompt and thorough answers. The rug cleaning took three weeks, (they were up front about the turn-around-time), and it was ready on time. The area rug isn't in the greatest shape, but Chase made it look great! Older pet stains and odor are not noticeable! For us, cleaning this rug was cheaper and much less hassle than trying to buy a replacement that we both liked. :) FYI - Drop drop off and delivery service was significantly more expensive, even compared to the competition. We elected to drop off and pick up the rug ourselves and the price for just the cleaning was competitive.

I have a sofa upholstered in an expensive cotton print. I have cleaned the cushions myself at least 8 times in the 10 years I've had it and it worked very well. I was trained in London in 1981 in textile cleaning and restoration. When it was dirty again (but no dirtier than when I'd done it in the past) I was feeling overwhelmed with work so I decided to splurge and hire someone else. This company's upholstery cleaning rep touts the company as the best and herself as incredibly knowledgable. Their price certainly reflected that.
The finished product is awful. I warned her about fading and water spotting, yet my sofa now has both problems. The worst part is that whatever they used to clean with they either didn't rinse well enough or it is gummy or something, because, not only did it damage the cushions but it seems to ATTRACT dirt.
I would never use them again or recommend them!

"Some of the information provided here is incorrect. We did the work February 26, 2013 and the price was $180.00 for cleaning and $120.00 for MicroSeal protector. There are a lot of notes about pre-existing water marks and that the print dyes were bleeding prior to our cleaning attempts. We sent our shop manager plus our consultant (who is the North American representative for an England-based cleaning products organization) because when she originally inspected the sofa she was concerned about it's condition. They are both IICRC certified Master cleaners. Their main concern was preventing damage so they undercleaned the piece using a dry-wet-dry cleaning process. The client was leaving town right away so they offered to redo the cushions in our plant when she returned (which she wrote and signed on the invoice) after March 15th when she returned if she felt that was necessary. We never heard anything from the client and we mistakenly did not follow up after March 15th. This post on Angie's list was the first we ever heard of the problem. I immediately called the client and offered to do anything she wanted including attempting to reclean the entire piece, but she preferred to have her money returned which we did."

Advertised 20% savings for drop-off oriental rug cleaning was honored. Being my first time, I had questions since there are so many carpet cleaning companies and junk-mail flyers offering deeply discounted prices on carpet cleaning. I received a professional soft-sell presentation as to why they should be my choice for professional carpet cleaning, a professional brochure detailing the information briefly discussed, and they identified some key differing points that separate them from many of their competitors without berating their competitors. I was also informed told that their oriental rug cleaning expert recently returned from teaching classes in the UK/Europe. The rug was ready by date promised, no added charges from original drop-off quote. Upon arrival at the shop, the staff transported the rug to and from my vehicle.
COURTESY KUDOS - The owner/manager was standing outside after closing up the office when I arrived (past closing time - my fault); however, rather than turning me away to return during normal business hours, he re-opened the office for me. He grabbed the rug with one of his techs that what was cleaining up and they loaded the rug into my vehicle. No questions asked, and with appreciative smiles on both their faces followed by a sincere thank you for choosing Chase Carpet Cleaning!

"One of the things that is hard with everyone being so busy is getting feedback on jobs. We did this work August 8th 2012 and didn't hear about any problem until this post February 2013. We went back February 26th and redid the chairs and [member name removed] was satisfied. We did the tile again in March 2013 and while it didn't come out perfect, she seemed satisfied. We thought that she was going to post that information, but never did. The rug cleaning delay was a problem but we did give her a 20% discount for the problem. We do need to know if there is a problem though and are always willing to do whatever it takes to make the client as happy as we can."

My realtor recommended them to us after purchasing a duplex. They came and measured and gave estimate. The estimator also recommended that we get our upstairs carpet stretched and gave us the info for an excellent person for this. The carpet was cleaned on schedule and the work was superior to any other cleaning we have ever had. I did not see the process, but the end result was very good. We also did put on carpet protector - months later, everything looks great, the stains did not reappear. We would definitely recommend and will use again.

The men were VERY courteous and helpful. The rugs came back very clean and the carpet looks like new. They do good work, but they are not cheap. In retrospect I should have gotten two additional estimates. The cost of cleaning the additional rug was more than the original cost of the rug.

Two workmen came to do our rugs. They arrived on time and spent 4 hours and 15 minutes doing their job. They moved and elevated furniture to protect it from the damp carpet, wore protective covers on their shoes, covered non rug areas with sheets and were very careful not to let the cats outside. The actual cleaning process was very thorough and included pretreatment of the extra soiled areas and pretreatment of any spots/spills that were evident. Before leaving they provided a number of industrial strength fans to help everything dry more quickly. I was very pleased with the results.
As the rugs dried we noticed a couple of odd spots in our family room. I called the company and they explained that the new spots were called "wicking" (when a large spill has soaked into a carpet, the moisture in the cleaning process can cause it to wick to the surface). Because their work is completely guaranteed, they responded willingly and quickly to clean and scotch guard the problem areas again. The second cleaning removed the spots for good. I had a very good experience with Chase Carpet Care. We originally scheduled the cleaning for the day right after a big snow storm in October. They understandably weren't able to make it but called me in plenty of time to let me know that it wasn't realistic for them to get here. They were very accomodating about rescheduling at my convenience. My condo is a third floor walk up and parking is tough but they were able to negotiate it efficiently and did a great, professional job. Clearly have been doing this for a long time! They left me a spot cleaning kit and contacted me within a couple of days to ask whether I was pleased with their work or had any questions. I would definitely use them again.

We have been very happy with Chase Carpet Care Company. They are very professional. They are very courteous. They do a great job. They just do what they say they are going to do. It’s been a very hassle free experience with them so far. I’ve been using them for so long that I have never compared prices. I would continue to use them in the future.
