Chapman Carpentry

I have filled this all out previous. The whole job was a mess from the start. He had constant total melt downs on his part, to the point of yelling crying not really working the hours he charged me for. Threatening to go out to his truck and getting his gun and kill my neighbors dogs because they barked at him. He hates dogs. Then he came one morning and took all his tools, materials he felt belonged to him and then wrote and put on our kitchen counter a scribbled note almost unreadable scrape of paper that he just decided to retire and we should just find someone else to finish the job. At the point of putting in all the tile and flooring and then installing the sink fixtures toilet etc. he decided to retire. He even called me when the tile was suppose to start and informed me that his saw couldn't cut the tile so he went and brought a new tile saw $400.00 dollars and he would only charge me $200.00 for his new saw then later on for future use he would have a new saw. This man was crazy and didn't know how to do the job and was always taking off to do other small jobs he could get up to a whole week at a time. I have never dealt with anyone I've ever hired that was so unprofessional,rude, threw crying fits that actually scared me, and charging for materials never used on my job and demands that were out of the normal way of doing business. The most stressful and non professional I have ever encountered. I have also reported him to the BBB of which his company is not registered with.

He does all size projects. He is very trustworthy, reasonable in price, and is on time! The work he provides is always excellent quality!
