This was a great experience, their work is the best I have ever seen the material was of the best grade and they were great to work with. I do not recommend many contractors but if you miss this one you missed a good one. They installed 180 l.f. of 6'0 cedar fence w/ gate and removal of the old fence. they left our property clean and neat.

Chapin Fencing installed a black steel fence in my backyard in late Spring of 2018. Otto did a great job. It is a beautiful fence. I did have some shifting of the ground which made it difficult to open two of the three gates that were installed. I called Otto and he came over and moved two of the posts to give the gates more room to open. Fixed the problem and would not accept any payment as he stated that it was warranty work. Great customer service! If you want a professional fence installed I highly recommend Chapin!

Otto was great! He put in an approximately 200 linear foot wrought iron fence with three gates. It is beautiful. He had to remove my existing 3 1/2 ft. chain link fence and a lot of overgrown weed trees and bushes. He completed the project in 4 days and was reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received. Great job and I highly recommend him!

Otto was very responsive to our request for an estimate. He and his helper built our fence in two days. They did a great job, keeping everything clean and using high-quality materials. We would definitely call this company again.

Otto did a great job and was done in no time. He had to remove a post and it proved to be more of a problem than he anticipated so it took a little more time than planned. But he put a lot of effort but didn't complain. As he said " It gives you experience and every job is a new lesson." He cleaned up after himself and I couldn't even tell there was a post dug out. His price was very reasonable. I will definitely hire him again if I need fence work done.

They did the project as they said on time and on budget ... but that was the expectation. In addition though Otto noticed other things wrong with the fence and just fixed them without charging me for it. I very appreciated him going the extra mile.
