Chancey & Sons
About us

The team did show up on time the second go-around. After walking around the house and determining it would cost $30 extra for 2 additional vents (a fair price), they got to work. They tried to pry off one of my vents and said that they couldn't because it was painted over. They told me they'd clean everything from below, in the crawlspace, and that it would be just as effective.
I have no idea how effective they were. All I know is that two days later, every time the furnace comes on, fine dust is spraying everywhere. I wake up in the morning and my throat is sore and my house house is filthy, with a layer of black dust over everything. It seems like they just stirred everything up but didn't vacuum everything out like they said they would. Also, I saw no evidence of them sanitizing anything which does not necessarily mean they did not sanitize. However, if they had, I imagine I wouldn't be having to clean off dust every morning. In retrospect, I should have canceled the service as soon as they told me they couldn't get the vents off and hired someone else.
