They where able to fit me in early. I contracted them in June and they where able to fit me in during July even though the next window shipment wasn't until September. I would give the salesman Larry Hall an A grade. He was very informative and honest. He informed me that because of the year of my house, there might be an additional charge for the house having lead paint. However when I went into a contract I was told the total would be $631 but when I got my bill it was $680. No one confirmed with me in advance that the charge for lead paint would be $49.00.

These were to be "custom made windows" and they are not. They gave us windows that opened in the opposite direction than ones taken out so now 2 bedrooms have a breeze that will go into the closet or a wall and not into the room. They would not correct this. They also did not caulk properly and when we noticed the rust stains on the inside tracks of the windows on the outside, they came out and looked and told us that it would be an expensive fix and said it was not their fault.

We had a crack in bedroom window 2 weeks or so after install- they did come out and replace this.

The sliding glass door they tried to replace belonged to a different job so they had to reinstall our old door and go back to try and get the correct one. Couldn't find it and assumed it was measured wrong-Then when they reordered it we waited about 3 months to get it-each month we called we got a different excuse- one of which was the replacement came in with a crack in it so had to send it back (I thought they custom made them right here??) Until the 3rd time a manager actually confessed they had it all along but was in wrong area of the warehouse.

The inside of our doorframe /drywall is horrible! The 2nd installer did the best he could but the first crew had messed it up taking the old door out and then having to reinstall it when the new one did not fit and they tried to increase the opening until they realized it was load bearing wall and couldn't.

We just told them what we had to spend and so they worked around it. They were alright. There were all different kinds of people working on different things. Some of them were better than others. Some cared a little bit more but we have talked to them about that. One of the reasons why we had them do the sun room was because they were supposed to stand by everything. So, we kept their feet to the fire. Sometimes we would have these terrible rains and our roof is leaking and so we call them up and they are going to come and do what they can do about it. The dog goes through the screen and they would come and do the screen. That was the main reason why we went with them, their lifetime guaranty. They are a big enough company that we thought would still be around and they are. Their price was okay. It was reasonable. They probably gave us a break because it was during a time when nothing was going on. It was during a real slump. They promise you the moon and when the moon is done, it is not exactly what you think it is and so you have to go back and check them up to do it, which I never had to do with the others. The quality of their service was good. Sometimes things that they did afterwards like putting in the walk, they just did because they had to because the building inspector said that they had to. It was just a few stones and we have had to redo that. They did what they said they were going to do but it was not the way we expected it. It took them a long time to get the job done. We would probably not use them again in the future. We do not have anything else to do and if we did, we would probably go to someone that would be more custom to whatever else we might need to have done.

It worked out great. We planned to have different companies to come and give us estimates. We had Champion as our first and the quality and warranty sold us on their product. We might have gotten a better price but I don't think it would be as good of windows.

They are good.  They were professional, answered all of the questions we might've had, and were punctual.

They did a fair job. I do like the technician, but places that were spotted they said they could get out, appeared a few weeks later and they wouldn't return.
