About us
CO Evict is a property management and eviction services company. Keeping a property rented, maintained and making sure your tenants are paying on time every month can be a full time job. If you have non-paying tenants we can get them out, clean up your property and get it rented again. We accept payment via cash, money order or credit card. All services are billed in advance and are guaranteed.

Services we offer
We provide full eviction and property management services. The process typically starts with a conversation with your tenants. We will attempt to amicably get them to move out. If they refuse we begin the eviction procedure which will take 10 - 15 days. Next we clean your property from top to bottom and paint. Finally, we derive the average rent for your area based on square footage and list your property for rent. We also offer monthly maintenance services which include rent collection.
