In our basement we have vinyl tile which we don't like, but it's pretty. It's blue and white with big checks and was in bad repair and we called them. We have been to other people and asked them how much it would cost to clean it because we haven't done anything to it for several years. They quoted us for at least $200 and this guy came out and did it for a little over $100 and gave us a ticket saying that if we let him come back every year he'll charge us only $45, which I thought was fabulous. He's very honest. I don't think he takes credit cards, but you don't care because of the low prices he offers. We were just astonished at how it looks brand new.

Any time we have the floor done again, he will only charge us $50 for being a repeat customer. The floor is so shiny it looks like ceramic tile now. The cost was outstanding and he has great customer service skills. It probably took him about 2 hours to complete the job.
