We have had A LOT of laborers and handymen over here in the past several months and Jesse is among the favorites. He treats the job with higher professionalism than most (aka does what he says he'll do and calls us back etc). He is a thorough thinker and a clever problem solver. He moves methodically but now slowly which is great because he solves problems before they appear. He's also fun to talk to.
