I called Butler Rents in mid-December about renting some tables, chairs
and linens for our Xmas get-together.  They were very helpful over the
phone helping me determine exactly what I needed.  The items were
exactly as described and they were delivered and picked up right on
schedule.  Excellent!  I will definitely use Butler Rents again in the
future.

The many times that I had to contact butler to make changes and ask questions, they were always very helpful and even offered suggestions which was very much needed...good people.

My experience was terrible. I took the linens home without thinking to examine them. All of the linens were a different color of yellow, and they were supposed to be matching. Not only were they different colors, they were different fabrics. I had to go all the way back to the store and they attempted to get matching napkins and tablecloths. They were able to get 'close' but nothing exactly matched. Understand that I was only trying to match 20 napkins and 3 tablecloths. They advertised as having matching items, but they obviously don't. They were indifferent about the problem, did not apologize or offer any compensation.

THE PEOPLE AT BUTLER RENTS WERE VERY HELPFUL IN ADVISING ME AS TO HOW MANY TABLES, CHAIRS ETC THAT I NEEDED FOR THE REHEARSAL DINNER. THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY TO DELIVER THE TENT AND TABLES (AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE). HOWEVER, I DECIDED TO PICK THEM UP ON MY OWN. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL LOADING AND UNLOADING UPON RETURN.
