 + -1 moreShe never called me back. I left her 2 messages and she never called me back at all. It was not like I was out of town and I wouldn't be taking calls. It looked good on paper. I found her on Angie's List. She never returned my call. I always give 2 phone numbers. I have a home office and I have a cell phone so there is no excuse. People that want to get hold of me can always get hold of me and I always return calls promptly. I would never use her again.
Description of Work: I called Katie Staib with Building Winners to ask if she could manage my property.

 + -1 moreKatie is extremely thorough, professional and responsible. She is the kind of person you want looking over your house. She has access to a lot of good contractors, so if anything goes wrong, she's on it.
