Very well. Had to spray the chemicals to kill the hornets and then numerous sprayings of water to break down the layers of paper that made up the gigantic nest up in the tree.
Description of Work: Removed an active hornet's nest from a tree branch overhanging greenbelt entrance. Very high up location.

Dale returned my initial call very quickly and I was able to set a date for the initial visit within a couple of days from my call. He arrived on time and was very professional about the issue and did a thorough search to determine the problem. He primarily used spray to handle our pest control problem. It did take a repeat visit and the second visit he was also on time and thorough. Our problem is resolved thanks to Dale.

Description of Work: Dale provided initial pest control services at our home in Denver. Came highly recommended by a friend and i understand why. He was extremely professional- calling me in the am to confirm our time and arriving promptly. He provided all services on the day of initial assessment and also educated me to pest concerns in the Denver area.

Dale and his son, Dale Jr., perform all of the work. Dale Sr. is just absolutely wonderful, and completely trustworthy. I’d have no problem giving him the key to my home, and I’d definitely recommend him to others.
