Mr. Zarlengo came to my house in early February to provide an estimate for some blinds for my bathroom. I ordered those blinds and paid for them on 2/14. I was told at the time it may take as long as 8 weeks. I had not heard from him for about 10 weeks, so in May I followed up regarding my blinds. On May 3 he responded to my email and said that they would be in next week. Since May 3 Mr. Zarlengo has not responded to any of my calls or emails. I have filed a complaint with the Budget Blinds corporate office, but they told me the only way to resolve my issue is to file a claim in small claims court against Mr. Zarlengo. I don't know what kind of customer service policy that is that requires you to file a lawsuit to resolve issues.
Description of Work: There were NO services performed. Mr. Zarlengo took my money four months ago and has provided nothing in return.
