We initially discussed and what was to be installed was a 40? length x 3? vertical modular block retaining wall with two 8? returns that taper down to zero. The wall will be 33?6? from the house in the backyard. The block is an 8?x18?x12? Anchor Diamond Pro, Stone Cut, 2-Degree, Light Brown Color. A cap will be placed on top and is a 3? x 18? x 12? Anchor Diamond Pro, Stone Cut, Light Brown Color. We received a quote and only variance was the price to haul out dirt, we agreed this could vary depending on what could be found close to my home. We got a 40?x 3? length with 4? returns that taper down to zero. They glued the caps on top. I am happy with what was done, in the future; I would create a diagram myself and have this agreed upon. Was very happy with the work, took 2 days to complete. I mini backhoe was brought in and a bobcat were used and 3 men worked on this full time.
