Brothers Brick Restoration

I got 3 bids and picked Brother's due to price (they were the middle bid)  and liked PK's attitude. They did a great job!  They were quick, professional,  and did great work (could really see the difference in technique from past job I had done).   I had this same service done around 7 years ago by another company and their work took days and was not done correctly since most of what they did not last!!!.  I could not be happier with Brother's. They finished yesterday in 4 hours and came back today and cleaned the bricks. My house looks great! 
I would recommend them to anyone!  

My chimney has been leaning for a few years now, and there were some serious stress fractures from post drought settling of my 107 year old Denver square home.  I had a couple of companies come out to bid on the work in 2011, but didn't get the repairs done because of some family health issues that took priority.  This year I joined Angie's List and got new bids for the job.  PK, from Brick Brothers, remembered coming out in 2011 to bid on the job, and gave me a discount because of that.  With the discount, his bid was about 20% less than the next highest bid, and less than half the cost of the highest bid.  
Hector started working on a Tuesday morning, and was at the house, all day, every day, except Sunday, until the house was finished. The chimney looks beautiful - he matched the original design perfectly.  The stress fractures have been repaired, and the tuck pointing looks great.  I wasn't happy with one, small area on the front porch, and it was redone to my satisfaction and without question. The job took a little over a week to complete - it was pretty involved.
I am very happy with how the house looks now and the work that was done.  I highly recommend this company.

Project went very well throughout.  The rep was friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the work I needed done.  They did clean work and finished when they said they would plus they were the least expensive contractor.

Brothers is completely unresponsive.  They came out and gave us the bid.  We signed the bid and sent it over, which is supposed to secure your spot on their schedule.  Two weeks later and after a few voicemail messages I was told I would be scheduled and get a call on a specific date.  The call never came and 2 days later I had to contact them again.  WHen we simply decided to go with another company, suddenly Brothers was responsive and insisted that because we had a signed bid, they were going to do the work.   Not sure what kind of work product these guys deliver, but the simple fact that getting them to start the job takes weeks on end was enough for me to find someone else.

The quote went well. They came late didn't call to tell they would not be coming that day. All in all the chimney looks great and they did a really good job replacing the bricks that needed to be fixed on the outside of the house.
