Since it was a Saturday, I had to pay a bit more but, as usual, their tech was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable.  He actually showed me where the problem was and what he was doing.  As an odd footnote, not one but two of my checks for payment failed to make it to Broomhall.  (Lost in the mail I guess because neither ever hit my bank) but, their Accounts Receivable team were so nice about it.  Never treated me rudely even though I was the one that owed them payment. 
Working with them still feels like an "old school" family business.  Highly recommend them.

Broomhall was punctual, responsive, and completed the work efficiently.

I have a condo that I rent out and the furnace died. I'd had good experiences with Broomhall before. He said that it was not a big deal and fixed it and I paid him under $50. The next day the furnace broke and my tenant called him to come out and fix it without informing me. I called Broomhall and they said it was going to cost over $700. I told them that I was irritated that they would send somebody out there without having it okayed by me because I was left to pay the bill. We had quite a discussion about it and in the long run, the furnace is working and they dropped some of the costs although I still paid over $500. They did a good job but I was pretty ticked off so I don't know if I would use them again. I had told the tenant and the technician that I wanted to know what was going on and I didn't hear anything. When I called they told me it was my fault for not informing them that the tenant didn't have the right to authorize labor. They said it was common procedure. I was not happy. In the end they rectified part of it. The first time they went out, they didn't fix it. I was happy with them the first time I used them but I don?t know if I would use them again.

They were good. They were very responsive. They cleaned up issues that came up promptly.

They came in and said that we need all of these modern upgrades, and I said that was great. They kept coming back with the regular technicians, and I asked what happened to the big upgrade plan, and they said that they didn't know anything about it. The company kind of dropped the ball on them. Their technicians are very good, it's their management who dropped the ball.

We've had no problems. They show up on time and do the work they say they'll do. We'll continue to use them in the future.

They are outstanding. They are the best service I have ever received from a service company. They have immediate response they were attentive to my concerns. They diagnosed it right and the price was fair. They gave a referral for a job they weren?t able to do to another outstanding company.

They did a pretty good job, although it did seem like they spent a lot of time to do what they had to get done. They seemed like they knew what they were doing. I do think it was a little bit expensive, but everything is working fine now so I can live with it.

THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS WORK IN THIS AREA. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL.
