She helped me buy and sell a home. She is fantastic. We are friends now too. Brooke is professional, personable and a great listener. She is super fun to go house hunting with. She is very knowledgeable about the Denver Metro area, because she is a native of Denver, which I think makes a difference. She knows the neighborhoods in Denver really well. She has got amazing connection to lenders, home repair people, staging people, window washing people and all those services we need when selling a house. I can trust any recommendation that she gives me for these services, which makes it that much easier. The people who bought my house in Littleton did not have that with their real estate agent and it showed.  I have recommended her; I have had a friend use her and buy a house through her.
