Sat there for 45 minutes while having to listen to staff talk about their trips and weekend plans. Asked about why the long wait their response was there are only 3 dr's and they are busy. Mean while everyone is walking around eating and visiting with each other and the lobby is getting fuller. Would not recommend them as even the last resort.

Very kind and thorough and great price. In waiting room maybe half an hour. They could work on their responsiveness to the phones. They're hard to get ahold of sometimes.

The vet was a little vague on what the reactions would be to the shots, but they were also very straight forward and clear about the needs of the dog. Overall, they were fairly well prepared to take care of the dog, but they did not seem prepared for all the appointments/walk-ins on that Saturday, like they were rushing through everything rather than being transparent about the needs for the dog after the medications were administered.

Dr. Davies is the best! I've had many cats over the years that I've taken to Broadview and several have reached 20 years old due in large part to the spectacular care of Dr.. Davies.

Dr. Zale is her doctor, and he's terrific. He's really gentle with her, and he does things very quickly, so it's not a bad experience for her. He's a great guy! The office can get a little crowded, so sometimes it takes a while to be seen.

Everything went well. Our baby boy recovered within a matter of days. The vet tech explained all of the post-extraction home care needed and to call them with any questions or concerns.

Called in, did walk in. They cleaned wound, stapled, dressed wound. Instructed me in care.I was in /out for $60.
Have used BroadView for 15 years. I was referred to Broadview 15 years ago by professional dog trainers and a dog rescue organization. I understand they do a lot of nearly free work for rescue organizations.
The vets are top quality. They are very busy because they provide excellent care for a reasonable rate. Normal for in out wait time. There have been times when I waited a while when an existing customer came in with a medical emergency. As pet owners, (almost) everyone there understands that the emergency could have been their pet, and fully understand any delay. Sometimes you can, sometimes you can't get an appointment immediately but can do a walk in. Always call ahead. I simply can't say enough positive about the vets and staff there. For the few, who go above and beyond, when you need it most, there should be an A+ rating.

They are one of the best and most reasonably priced veterinarians in the city. Their availability, their professionalism, and their pricing stands out. They are all very good. I have been using them for 30 years.

I take my cats to this clinic. I have been happy with them. I use them for vaccinations and a minor surgery for my cat. It is always clean and I am very comfortable with the people there. Their pricing is fantastic and vets in my area don’t even compare. They even take CareCredit.

Broadview Animal Clinic is good but the only thing I can say about them is they don't always take appointment, you just have to go in and sit and wait. I've waited a much longer time to get my animal seen. They're very good and reasonable on their prices. The one good thing is if I do have an emergency that thy have to be seen and they're closer so I can go and sit and wait with my animals. They will see us but it will take longer.

We had a 9am appointment, arrived at 8:55, and seen finally at 10:10
This is actually an improvement in wait time as I now have come to expect a 2 hour wait.
The Veterinary staff here is fantastic! They are caring, informed, and thorough.
The administrative staff seems very disorganized and flustered.

They are pretty much professional and they do a very thorough work. Their prices are not exorbitant at all. I have been using them for 30 years, and I keep going back to them.

They did surgery on my dog. They are very clean. They do boarding also. They are very affordable. If it wasn't for them, my dog would still be suffering from her teeth that were hurting. They are a wonderful place to take your animals. They are very kind people. They are excellant. There aren't enough kind words for them.

The office was busy but very organized. There were plenty of places to sit including an area just for felines and one for canines. I did not have to fill out any paper work on my dog which really surprised me considering they charge a $10 new client set-up fee. They did already have my address. I felt like my dog didn't mean anything to them. I was acknowledged right away and the clerks at the front desk were fairly nice but seemed rushed.
My appointment was at 1 p.m. and I was taken back at exactly 1 p.m. (probably because I was the first one after their lunch hour). The Vet tech was very nice, personable and listened. She seemed rushed but at least she was friendly.
The veterinarian, Dr. Rucker, came in within 5 minutes of the tech leaving. He did not introduce himself nor ask any questions about my dog. He only acknowledged what I already told the vet tech. The only exam he did on my dog was look in ONE ear (German Shepherds are prone to ear problems), listen to his heart or lungs for literally 2 seconds before giving him his vaccination. He did not palpate my dog's abdomen, nor look at any other part of his body but yet I was charged for a complete exam. This exam took no more than 2 minutes. He was not thorough at all especially since my dog was a new patient there. My dog had an obvious wound on his side that Dr. Rucker did not even notice. I had to point it out to him.
My dog has renal failure which was listed on his medical record. Dr. Rucker did not ask any obvious questions about his renal failure including if he was eating a special diet. No education or information was given to me on the renal failure. Dr. Rucker seemed rushed to be out of the room. He was not personable, friendly nor compassionate.
Since there is more than one veterinarian in this office, I will probably go back to Broadview Animal Clinic in the future but I will absolutely refuse for my dog to been seen by Dr. Rucker. Hopefully his colleagues are more compassionate and personable.

I like the prices because they are the cheapest in the area by a long shot.
