They have come multiple times to fix my dishwasher, but it’s still not fixed, now it’s worse. I have been without my appliance since July, it’s now the end of September. They also damaged my cabinets when fixing it. They use a script when on the phone and are not personable at all. Scheduling is not convenient only in the area at certain times so have had to wait a month for an appointment. Now I have a $1000.00 dishwasher that does not work. I am out time off work to wait for them and now have to re-finish my cabinets again because of them damaging them. Worst company I ever dealt with. Did I mention I bought through Appliance Factory, and they say they cannot do anything because they sold me an out of the box unit and did not tell me. Brand Source is the company that bought the service contract. I am stuck with a bad repair company and dishwasher.
