My experience was fantastic; they were exceptional.  The owner was the one that worked so it was just person that I was dealing with the entire time.  He used some sub-contractors, but only while he was here doing the work did the sub-contractors come in.  There was only one person in-charge of the contract so it ran very smoothly and not with random people coming in at my house.  He was a perfectionist and did nice and extremely professional work.  I have already hired him for another project.

Mark was great to work with.  He is knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and very professional and efficient.  His work exceeded our expectations.

I love working with Mark because he is practical, collaborative, creative, responsible, reliable, funny and immaculate in his clean-up at the end of every day.  He encouraged us to re-use what we could; and to do what we could do ourselves (painting and "leg work"). Although we were out of our master bedroom during the project, we were never inconvenienced in our daily lives.  The only glitches we encountered involved arrival of parts, and Mark always let us know what was going on and how it would impact our time.  Along the way, he provided some suggestions for other easy, inexpensive updates and repairs, and helped make those happen.  At then end of the projects, even after we had paid all the bills, there was still one piece of the kitchen light fixture missing.  Mark stayed after the supplier until they provided the part and he could finish, completely finish, our job.  Great experience.  Great results.
