Bob is very arrogant and does not listen to you nor care what you have to say. He is rude, combative and makes you feel like an idiot for asking questions. He not only treated me poorly, he is VERY EXPENSIVE. Both him and his employee came to install one radiator and he charged me over 10 hours of labor for one radiator over two days. He did not install a bleeder valve like I requested and the final bill came in over twice what he "estimated". I understand estimates are just estimates but over double.....? The installation was viewed as sub par and below industry standards by another pro. This company boasts over 60 years of experience... none of that matters if you treat your customers like morons. He was habitually late and every time I called, I either got a voicemail, or the rude man himself telling me to call back "Wednesday" or call back "Friday" because he was "busy". What kind of business owner tells customers to call him back? He should be following up on his business, not the other way around. He also charges a hefty fee to use a credit/debit card and makes you feel stupid for asking. There are so many options in Denver for furnace/boiler maintenance or repairs and I strongly urge you to avoid Bob Vessa Plumbing & Heating. I used Bob twice and paid over $3500 for simple repairs, valve replacements and systems bleeds. The only thing that was bled was my bank account. Stay away!
