BLIND SHINE INC

Two workers removed 13 blinds on July 13. Took one hour to remove these blinds. They came back on October 12 to reinstall the same (13) blinds after painters had painted the trim around the windows. To reinstall took one hour and 15 minutes. Less than a week later I received a bill for $960. When I inquired about the amount, there were additional charges for cleaning (none of the blinds were cleaned), storage (storage was at my house, not their business), and $70 for 4 plastic brackets. These brackets could be purchased at Home Depot for $1.85 apiece (total of $7.40). I checked. The manager would not speak to me, rather had the receptionist "relay" all questions. They finally agreed to lower the bill to $580. For 2 hours and 15 minutes of actual work, the hourly rate was very high. Their attitude on the billing inquiry was not professional, specifically calling the $70 bracket charges "it is what it is." Would not recommend this company, and would not use them again.
