They sent me the wrong heads. I sent them back. They resent the heads to the wrong location. They said they would correct the error or give me a refund. I didn't receive my heads or a refund. I called on numerous occassions. This is poor customer service. They gave me the run around. I spoke to Erica Sanchez. This person told me to speak to Michael in the shipping department. 9 times out of 10 I got a voicemail. This company is a rip off and I want my money back plain and simple.

"We did issue a credit to the customer after the third party freight carrier paid us due to lost parts. The shipping and receiving department has been over hauled and revamped to prevent errors like this in the future. The previous shipping manager is no longer with this company."
